We are seeking a full-time PSW who will live-in while at work and live-out  on days off. The PSW will work in coordination with a three additional PSWs for an elderly couple who live in the Bayview and Lawrence area of Toronto. The couple is in relatively good health.

The position’s schedule rotates with three other PSWs. There is travel via private jet to Florida involved in the position during the winter months (January to April). The PSW must have a valid passport and any necessary visas to qualify for this position. The PSW will ideally have some experience working for High and / or Ultra-High-Net-Worth families.

A C-level Executive who lives in the Forest Hill neighbourhood  of Toronto is seeking a highly-experienced Personal Driver. The driver / chauffeur will be primarily dedicated to the individual, although may occasionally be asked to drive a family member or guest.

An opportunity for a Nanny to work for a family who live in the Forest Hill area of Toronto. The Nanny will work collaboratively with a team of three other nannies to support a family with four school-aged children (8,13,15,17), with a focus on the two younger children.

Opportunity for a Family Assistant / Personal Assistant to work in a fast-paced home in Waterloo, Ontario. This is a full-time and live-out position. The Family Assistant should be a generalist with abilities as a Personal Assistant and Household Manager. They should be energetic, creative problem solvers, organized, and preemptive thinkers. A mature and informal couple with homes in the Eastern Townships of Quebec (the primary residence), a condo in Montreal, and a home in North Palm Beach is seeking a live-in Executive Housekeeper to travel with them to their different properties. The live-in accommodations are separate and spacious. 

 

The person or persons should be comfortable home cooks, able to assist with items like iPads, printers, phones, etc. There is an Estate Manager to whom the person(s) would report. The Estate Manager oversees the residences and manages major issues. There is also a maintenance team to whom any mechanical issues would be reported. There is an IT department that handles technical issues. 

 

Applicants must have good experience with housekeeping, laundry, and ironing. There are housekeepers for all the residences in the Eastern Townships, Montreal, as well as North Palm Beach. Applicants should be humble, well-mannered, and highly discreet.

Seeking a full-time Housekeeper Cook for a family in the Port  Credit neighbourhood of Mississauga. The family consists of mom, dad, and a toddler who will be attending day care in September. There is a gentle golden retriever too. The position is live-out and Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Having a G-level license and a car is a bonus but not deal breaker. A car can also be provided if needed, although the home is very transit accessible. There is a cleaner who comes once a week to vacuum, dust, mop, clean bathrooms, and wipe down surfaces.

 

The objective of the position is for the housekeeper to focus on housekeeping, cooking, and laundry, while the family pursues their careers and focus on their daughter. The goal is to achieve a happy home for all.
